Good Friday or Holy Friday is a very important and sacred day for Christians. The life of Jesus Christ was not only a symbol of sacrifice, forgiveness, and infinite love, but many amazing and miraculous events that took place during his lifetime introduced people to the infinite power of God. The story of the birth of Jesus Christ is celebrated all over the world as Christmas with great reverence and joy. According to the description in the Bible, his birth did not take place in a palace but in a very simple and humble environment. A detailed description of where and how Jesus Christ was born is given below-
यीशु मसीह के जन्म की कहानी पूरी दुनिया में क्रिसमस या बड़ा दिन के रूप में बहुत श्रद्धा और खुशी के साथ मनाई जाती है। बाइबल के वर्णन के अनुसार, उनका जन्म किसी महल में नहीं हुआ था, बल्कि एक बहुत ही साधारण और विनम्र वातावरण में हुआ था। यीशु मसीह का जन्म कहाँ और कैसे हुआ, इसका विस्तृत विवरण नीचे दिया गया है-
🔴 Message of the Angel and Divine Conception
◽ In a small village called Nazareth in Israel, there lived a devout young woman named Mary. Her marriage was fixed with a simple carpenter named Joseph.
◽ One day, God's messenger, Angel Gabriel, appeared to Mary and told her that by the grace of God and the power of the Holy Spirit, she would give birth to a son. The angel instructed her to name this son 'Jesus', which means 'Savior'.
◽ Initially, knowing that Mary was pregnant, Joseph wanted to leave her secretly, but in a dream, the angel told Joseph everything and instructed him to accept Mary as his wife.
🔴 स्वर्गदूत का संदेश और ईश्वरीय गर्भधारण
◽ इज़राइल के नासरत नामक एक छोटे से गाँव में मरियम (Mary) नाम की एक धर्मपरायण युवती रहती थी। उसकी शादी यूसुफ नाम के एक साधारण बढ़ई से तय हुई थी।
◽ एक दिन, ईश्वर के संदेशवाहक स्वर्गदूत जिब्राईल ने मरियम को दर्शन दिए और कहा कि ईश्वर की कृपा और पवित्र आत्मा की शक्ति से, वह एक पुत्र को जन्म देगी। स्वर्गदूत ने इस पुत्र का नाम 'यीशु' रखने का निर्देश दिया, जिसका अर्थ है 'उद्धारकर्ता'।
◽ प्रारंभ में, यह जानकर कि मरियम गर्भवती है, यूसुफ उसे चुपचाप छोड़ना चाहता था, लेकिन एक सपने में, स्वर्गदूत ने यूसुफ को सब कुछ बताया और उसे मरियम को अपनी पत्नी के रूप में स्वीकार करने का निर्देश दिया।
🔴 Journey to Bethlehem
◽ At that time, the entire region was under the Roman Empire. The Roman Emperor Augustus Caesar ordered a census to be taken throughout the empire.
◽ According to the rules, every person had to go to their ancestors' birthplace to register themselves. Joseph was a descendant of King David, so he traveled with a heavily pregnant Mary from his village Nazareth to the town of Bethlehem in the province of Judea.
◽ This long journey from Nazareth to Bethlehem was extremely difficult for Mary due to her physical condition.
🔴 बेथलहम की यात्रा
◽ उस समय, संपूर्ण क्षेत्र रोमन साम्राज्य के अधीन था। रोमन सम्राट ऑगस्टस सीज़र ने पूरे साम्राज्य में जनगणना (Census) कराने का आदेश दिया था।
◽ नियम के अनुसार, प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को अपना पंजीकरण कराने के लिए अपने पूर्वजों के जन्मस्थान जाना होता था। यूसुफ राजा दाऊद का वंशज था, इसलिए वह पूर्ण गर्भवती मरियम को लेकर अपने गाँव नासरत से यहूदिया प्रांत के बेथलहम (Bethlehem) नगर की ओर चल पड़ा।
◽ नासरत से बेथलहम तक की यह लंबी यात्रा मरियम की शारीरिक स्थिति के कारण अत्यंत कष्टदायक थी।
🔴 Birth of Jesus in a Stable
◽ By the time Joseph and Mary arrived in Bethlehem, the whole town was filled with people who had come for the census.
◽ They could not find even a little empty space to take shelter in any inn or anywhere else.
◽ Helpless, they had to take shelter in a stable where domestic animals were kept.
◽ Jesus Christ was born in that very stable. After his birth, Mary wrapped the newborn Jesus in clothes and laid him in a manger (a trough where cows and goats eat), because they had no other safe place or bed nearby.
🔴 गौशाला में यीशु का जन्म
◽ जब तक यूसुफ और मरियम बेथलहम पहुँचे, तब तक पूरा नगर जनगणना के लिए आए लोगों से भर चुका था।
◽ उन्हें किसी सराय या किसी अन्य स्थान पर आश्रय लेने के लिए थोड़ी सी भी खाली जगह नहीं मिली।
◽ मजबूर होकर, उन्हें पालतू जानवरों को रखने वाली एक गौशाला (Stable) में आश्रय लेना पड़ा।
◽ उसी गौशाला में यीशु मसीह का जन्म हुआ था। जन्म के बाद, मरियम ने नवजात यीशु को कपड़ों में लपेटा और उन्हें एक चरनी (Manger) में सुला दिया, जहाँ गाय-बकरियाँ चारा खाती थीं, क्योंकि उनके पास आस-पास कोई अन्य सुरक्षित स्थान या बिस्तर नहीं था।
🔴 Appearance of the Angel to the Shepherds
◽ On the night of Jesus' birth, some shepherds were guarding their flock in the fields near Bethlehem on a cold night.
◽ Suddenly an angel appeared before them and the bright glory of God spread all around. The angel said to them, "Do not be afraid, I bring you good news of great joy for all mankind. Today in the town of David, a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord."
◽ After this, the shepherds hurried to the stable, saw Jesus, and praised God.
🔴 चरवाहों के सामने स्वर्गदूत का प्रकट होना
◽ यीशु के जन्म की रात, बेथलहम के पास के खेतों में कुछ चरवाहे ठंड की रात में अपने झुंड की रखवाली कर रहे थे।
◽ अचानक एक स्वर्गदूत उनके सामने प्रकट हुआ और चारों ओर ईश्वर की एक उज्ज्वल महिमा फैल गई। स्वर्गदूत ने उनसे कहा, "डरो मत, मैं तुम्हारे लिए पूरी मानव जाति के लिए बड़े आनंद का सुसमाचार लाया हूँ। आज दाऊद के नगर में तुम्हारे लिए एक उद्धारकर्ता का जन्म हुआ है, जो मसीह प्रभु है।"
◽ इसके बाद, चरवाहों ने जल्दी से गौशाला जाकर यीशु के दर्शन किए और ईश्वर की स्तुति की।
🔴 Arrival of the Wise Men from the East and their Gifts
◽ At the time of Jesus' birth, a new and very bright star appeared in the sky.
◽ Seeing this star, some wise men (Magi) from the East understood that a great king or an incarnation of God had been born on earth.
◽ They followed that special star, traveled a long distance, and arrived in Bethlehem. They bowed down to the child and offered very valuable gifts like gold, frankincense, and myrrh as a mark of respect.
🔴 पूर्व देश के ज्ञानियों का आगमन और उपहार
◽ यीशु के जन्म के समय, आकाश में एक नया और बहुत ही चमकीला तारा दिखाई दिया।
◽ इस तारे को देखकर, पूर्व देश के कुछ ज्ञानियों (Magi या Wise Men) ने समझ लिया कि पृथ्वी पर एक महान राजा या ईश्वर के अवतार का जन्म हुआ है।
◽ उन्होंने उस विशेष तारे का अनुसरण करते हुए एक लंबी यात्रा की और बेथलहम पहुँचे। उन्होंने बच्चे को प्रणाम किया और सम्मान के रूप में सोना, लोबान और गंधरस (gold, frankincense, and myrrh) जैसे अत्यंत मूल्यवान उपहार भेंट किए।
◽ This whole process of the birth of Jesus Christ carries a deep spiritual message. Despite being the Son of God, he came to earth in a very simple, poor, and humble condition.
◽ This birth story signifies that God's love and compassion are open to people of all classes in society, especially the poor and the oppressed.
◽ यीशु मसीह के जन्म की यह पूरी प्रक्रिया एक गहरा आध्यात्मिक संदेश देती है। ईश्वर के पुत्र होने के बावजूद, वह एक बहुत ही साधारण, गरीब और विनम्र स्थिति में पृथ्वी पर आए।
◽ यह जन्म कथा दर्शाती है कि ईश्वर का प्रेम और करुणा समाज के सभी वर्गों के लोगों, विशेषकर गरीबों और उत्पीड़ितों के लिए खुली है।
🔴 Turning Water into Wine at a Wedding in Cana
◽ The first public miracle of Jesus Christ's life took place in a town called Cana in the province of Galilee.
◽ One day Jesus, his mother Mary, and his disciples were invited to a wedding. Amidst the joy and celebrations of the wedding, an unexpected situation arose. The wine kept to entertain the guests unexpectedly ran out.
◽ In the social system of that time, running out of food or drink in this way was a matter of great insult and shame for the host. When Mary informed Jesus about this, Jesus initially said that his time had not yet come, but he could not refuse his mother's request.
◽ Jesus instructed the servants there to completely fill six large stone water jars with water. Each jar held about twenty to thirty gallons of water.
◽ After the servants filled the jars to the brim with water, Jesus told them to draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet to taste.
◽ The most amazing thing was that the ordinary water filled in the jars had instantly turned into wine of the finest quality. This miraculous event gave the first proof of Jesus' divine power and further strengthened the faith of his disciples.
🔴 काना नगर की शादी में पानी को दाखरस (वाइन) में बदलना
◽ यीशु मसीह के जीवन का पहला सार्वजनिक चमत्कार गलील प्रांत के काना नामक नगर में हुआ था।
◽ एक दिन यीशु, उनकी माता मरियम और उनके शिष्यों को एक शादी में आमंत्रित किया गया था। शादी की खुशी और जश्न के बीच, एक अप्रत्याशित स्थिति पैदा हो गई। मेहमानों के सत्कार के लिए रखा गया दाखरस (वाइन) अचानक खत्म हो गया।
◽ उस समय की सामाजिक व्यवस्था में, इस तरह से भोजन या पेय की कमी होना मेजबान के लिए एक बड़े अपमान और शर्म की बात थी। जब मरियम ने यीशु को इस बारे में बताया, तो यीशु ने शुरू में कहा कि अभी उनका समय नहीं आया है, लेकिन वह अपनी माँ के अनुरोध को टाल नहीं सके।
◽ यीशु ने वहाँ मौजूद सेवकों को पानी के छह बड़े पत्थर के मटकों को पानी से पूरी तरह भरने का निर्देश दिया। प्रत्येक मटके में लगभग बीस से तीस गैलन पानी आता था।
◽ सेवकों द्वारा मटकों को ऊपर तक पानी से भरने के बाद, यीशु ने उनसे कहा कि इसमें से थोड़ा निकालें और भोज के प्रधान आयोजक को चखने के लिए दें।
◽ सबसे आश्चर्यजनक बात यह थी कि मटकों में भरा वह साधारण पानी पल भर में बेहतरीन गुणवत्ता वाले दाखरस में बदल गया था। इस चमत्कारी घटना ने यीशु की ईश्वरीय शक्ति का पहला प्रमाण दिया और उनके शिष्यों के विश्वास को और अधिक मजबूत कर दिया।
🔴 Satisfying Five Thousand People with Just Five Loaves of Bread and Two Fish
◽ Another extremely popular, compassionate, and amazing miracle of Jesus is feeding a massive crowd with a small amount of food.
◽ One day, about five thousand men (and many women and children, who were not counted there) gathered in a deserted place to listen to Jesus' teachings and to be healed of their diseases.
◽ Slowly the sun began to set, and as evening approached, the disciples requested Jesus to send the people away to the nearby villages to find food for themselves, because there was no arrangement for food in that deserted place.
◽ But out of immense compassion for the people, Jesus said that there was no need for them to go away hungry; the disciples themselves should give them something to eat.
◽ The disciples helplessly said that they only had five loaves of bread and two small fish brought by a little boy, which was like a drop in the ocean for such a large crowd.
◽ Jesus asked the people to sit down in rows on the grass. Then he took those loaves and fish in his hands, looked up to heaven, and gave thanks to God. He broke them and gave them to the disciples to distribute among the people.
◽ Amazingly, even after that massive crowd ate to their fill, the food did not run out. Even after everyone was satisfied, twelve large baskets full of leftover bread and fish pieces remained. This event proves that with God's blessing, even trivial things can become infinite and abundant.
🔴 केवल पाँच रोटियों और दो मछलियों से पाँच हज़ार लोगों को तृप्त करना
◽ यीशु का एक और अत्यंत लोकप्रिय, दयालु और आश्चर्यजनक चमत्कार थोड़ी सी मात्रा में भोजन से एक विशाल भीड़ की भूख मिटाना है।
◽ एक दिन, यीशु के उपदेश सुनने और उनसे बीमारियों से चंगाई पाने के लिए लगभग पाँच हज़ार पुरुष (और कई महिलाएँ तथा बच्चे, जिनकी गिनती वहाँ नहीं की गई थी) एक सुनसान जगह पर इकट्ठा हुए।
◽ धीरे-धीरे सूरज ढलने लगा, और शाम होने पर शिष्यों ने यीशु से अनुरोध किया कि वे लोगों को आस-पास के गाँवों में जाकर अपने लिए भोजन की व्यवस्था करने के लिए विदा कर दें, क्योंकि उस सुनसान जगह पर भोजन की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं थी।
◽ लेकिन लोगों के प्रति असीम दया के कारण, यीशु ने कहा कि उन्हें भूखे जाने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है, शिष्यों को ही उन्हें खाने के लिए देना चाहिए।
◽ शिष्यों ने लाचार होकर कहा कि उनके पास केवल एक छोटे लड़के द्वारा लाई गई पाँच रोटियाँ और दो छोटी मछलियाँ हैं, जो इतनी बड़ी भीड़ के लिए समुद्र में एक बूँद के समान थीं।
◽ यीशु ने लोगों को घास पर पंक्तियों में बैठने के लिए कहा। फिर उन्होंने उन रोटियों और मछलियों को अपने हाथों में लिया, स्वर्ग की ओर देखा और ईश्वर को धन्यवाद दिया। उन्होंने उन्हें तोड़ा और शिष्यों को लोगों के बीच बाँटने के लिए दिया।
◽ आश्चर्यजनक रूप से, उस विशाल भीड़ के पेट भर खाने के बाद भी भोजन खत्म नहीं हुआ। यहाँ तक कि सबके तृप्त हो जाने के बाद भी, बची हुई रोटियों और मछलियों के टुकड़ों से बारह बड़ी टोकरियाँ भर गईं। यह घटना साबित करती है कि ईश्वर के आशीर्वाद से साधारण चीजें भी असीम और प्रचुर बन सकती हैं।
🔴 Walking on Sea Water and Calming the Storm
◽ Proof that Jesus had complete control and dominion even over nature is found in this terrifying yet amazing event.
◽ One night, while the disciples were crossing the sea in a boat on Jesus' instructions, they faced a terrible storm in the middle of the sea. Due to the fierce winds and huge waves, the boat was on the verge of sinking, and the disciples trembled with fear for their lives.
◽ At such a time, in the last watch of the night, they saw Jesus Christ walking on the turbulent water of the sea, coming towards them. Seeing a man walking on water, they initially thought it was a ghost and were terrified.
◽ Jesus comforted them and said, "Do not be afraid, take courage, it is I."
◽ As soon as Jesus climbed into the boat, the wind stopped, and the waves of the sea instantly became completely calm. This incident of calming such a terrifying form of nature just with his presence and words left his disciples astounded, and they were forced to admit that Jesus was truly the Son of God.
🔴 समुद्र के पानी पर चलना और तूफान को शांत करना
◽ यीशु का प्रकृति पर भी पूर्ण नियंत्रण और अधिकार था, इसका प्रमाण इस भयानक लेकिन आश्चर्यजनक घटना में मिलता है।
◽ एक रात, जब शिष्य यीशु के निर्देश पर एक नाव में समुद्र पार कर रहे थे, तो उन्हें बीच समुद्र में एक भयानक तूफान का सामना करना पड़ा। तेज हवाओं और विशाल लहरों के कारण, नाव डूबने के कगार पर थी और शिष्य अपनी जान के डर से काँप रहे थे।
◽ ऐसे समय में, रात के आखिरी पहर में, उन्होंने देखा कि यीशु मसीह समुद्र के अशांत पानी पर चलते हुए उनकी ओर आ रहे हैं। पानी पर एक आदमी को चलते हुए देखकर, वे शुरू में उसे एक भूत समझकर घबरा गए।
◽ यीशु ने उन्हें सांत्वना दी और कहा, "डरो मत, साहस रखो, यह मैं ही हूँ।"
◽ जैसे ही यीशु नाव पर चढ़े, हवा रुक गई, और समुद्र की लहरें पल भर में पूरी तरह से शांत हो गईं। प्रकृति के ऐसे भयानक रूप को केवल अपनी उपस्थिति और शब्दों से शांत करने की इस घटना ने उनके शिष्यों को चकित कर दिया, और वे यह स्वीकार करने के लिए मजबूर हो गए कि यीशु वास्तव में ईश्वर के पुत्र थे।
🔴 Healing the Sick and Resurrecting the Dead Lazarus
◽ Incidents of healing many sick people throughout the life of Jesus Christ are found in the Bible. He restored the eyesight of a person blind from birth, made a paralyzed patient walk, and completely cured leprosy patients, who were considered untouchables in society, just by touching them.
◽ But the greatest and most amazing miracle performed by Jesus before his crucifixion was bringing his dear friend Lazarus back from the jaws of death.
◽ Four days had passed since the death of Lazarus, who lived in a village called Bethany, and his dead body had been buried. Lazarus's sisters, Mary and Martha, were broken with grief upon seeing Jesus. Tears also came to Jesus' eyes at the death of his friend.
◽ Jesus ordered the heavy stone placed at the mouth of the tomb's cave to be removed. People objected, saying that since it had been four days, a bad odor would be coming from the corpse.
◽ But Jesus prayed to God and shouted with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come out!"
◽ Astounding all the people present, Lazarus, who had died four days ago, came out of the cave alive, still wrapped in grave clothes. This event proved Jesus' infinite power over death.
🔴 बीमारों को चंगा करना और मृत लाजर को पुनर्जीवित करना
◽ यीशु मसीह के जीवनकाल में कई बीमार लोगों को ठीक करने की घटनाएँ बाइबल में मिलती हैं। उन्होंने जन्म से अंधे व्यक्ति की आँखों की रोशनी लौटाई, लकवाग्रस्त रोगी को चलाया, और समाज में अछूत माने जाने वाले कुष्ठ रोगियों को केवल छूकर पूरी तरह से ठीक कर दिया।
◽ लेकिन सूली पर चढ़ाए जाने से पहले यीशु द्वारा किया गया सबसे बड़ा और सबसे आश्चर्यजनक चमत्कार उनके प्रिय मित्र लाजर को मृत्यु के मुँह से वापस लाना था।
◽ बेथानी नामक गाँव में रहने वाले लाजर की मृत्यु को चार दिन बीत चुके थे और उनके शव को दफना दिया गया था। लाजर की बहनें, मरियम और मार्था, यीशु को देखकर शोक में टूट गई थीं। अपने मित्र की मृत्यु पर यीशु की आँखों में भी आँसू आ गए।
◽ यीशु ने कब्र की गुफा के मुहाने पर रखे भारी पत्थर को हटाने का आदेश दिया। लोगों ने यह कहते हुए विरोध किया कि चार दिन हो गए हैं, इसलिए शव से दुर्गंध आ रही होगी।
◽ लेकिन यीशु ने ईश्वर से प्रार्थना की और तेज आवाज में चिल्लाकर कहा, "लाजर, बाहर आ जाओ!"
◽ उपस्थित सभी लोगों को चकित करते हुए, चार दिन पहले मर चुका लाजर, अभी भी कफन में लिपटा हुआ, गुफा से जीवित बाहर आ गया। इस घटना ने मृत्यु पर यीशु की असीम शक्ति को साबित कर दिया।
🔴 Good Friday: Miraculous Events During the Crucifixion
◽ Although Jesus spread the message of God's kingdom and love among the people during his lifetime, a section of religious leaders of that time became jealous of his growing popularity. Falling victim to their conspiracy, Jesus was sentenced to death, and he was hung on the cross on a Friday, the day we observe today as Good Friday.
◽ Even at the time of the crucifixion, nature reacted in an amazing way. When Jesus was hung on the cross, a deep darkness descended upon the entire earth from twelve noon to three in the afternoon. The sudden disappearance of daylight was a highly miraculous event, which signified nature's mourning for the suffering of the Son of God.
◽ Another major miraculous event was the tearing of the thick curtain of the temple in Jerusalem. When Jesus breathed his last, the curtain covering the most holy place of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom on its own. This meant that through Jesus' sacrifice, the distance between ordinary people and God was permanently removed, and humanity gained a direct path to approach God.
◽ At that time, a massive earthquake also occurred, causing the rocks to split. All these events forced even the Roman centurions present there to believe that he truly was the Son of God.
◽ Even while hanging on the cross, enduring terrible agony, Jesus prayed for his enemies, saying, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." Such an example of infinite forgiveness and sacrifice is rare in the history of the world.
🔴 गुड फ्राइडे: सूली पर चढ़ाए जाने के समय की आश्चर्यजनक घटनाएँ
◽ हालाँकि यीशु ने अपने जीवनकाल में लोगों के बीच ईश्वर के राज्य और प्रेम का संदेश फैलाया, लेकिन उस समय के धार्मिक नेताओं का एक वर्ग उनकी बढ़ती लोकप्रियता से ईर्ष्या करने लगा। उनकी साजिश का शिकार होकर, यीशु को मौत की सजा सुनाई गई, और उन्हें शुक्रवार को क्रूस पर लटका दिया गया, जिस दिन को आज हम गुड फ्राइडे के रूप में मनाते हैं।
◽ सूली पर चढ़ाए जाने के समय भी, प्रकृति ने आश्चर्यजनक तरीके से प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की। जब यीशु को क्रूस पर लटकाया गया था, तो दोपहर बारह बजे से दोपहर तीन बजे तक पूरी पृथ्वी पर गहरा अंधकार छा गया। दिन के उजाले का अचानक गायब हो जाना एक अत्यंत आश्चर्यजनक घटना थी, जिसने ईश्वर के पुत्र के कष्ट पर प्रकृति के शोक को दर्शाया।
◽ एक और बड़ी चमत्कारी घटना यरूशलेम के मंदिर के मोटे पर्दे का फटना था। जब यीशु ने अंतिम सांस ली, तो मंदिर के सबसे पवित्र स्थान को ढकने वाला पर्दा अपने आप ऊपर से नीचे तक दो टुकड़ों में फट गया। इसका अर्थ था कि यीशु के बलिदान के माध्यम से, आम लोगों और ईश्वर के बीच की दूरी हमेशा के लिए दूर हो गई, और मानवता को ईश्वर तक पहुँचने का सीधा रास्ता मिल गया।
◽ उस समय, एक भयंकर भूकंप भी आया, जिससे चट्टानें फट गईं। इन सभी घटनाओं ने वहाँ मौजूद रोमन सेनापतियों को भी यह विश्वास करने के लिए मजबूर कर दिया कि वह वास्तव में ईश्वर के पुत्र थे।
◽ क्रूस पर लटके हुए, भयानक पीड़ा सहते हुए भी, यीशु ने अपने दुश्मनों के लिए प्रार्थना की और कहा, "हे पिता, इन्हें क्षमा कर, क्योंकि ये नहीं जानते कि ये क्या कर रहे हैं।" असीम क्षमा और त्याग का ऐसा उदाहरण दुनिया के इतिहास में दुर्लभ है।
◽ Good Friday is not just a day of death or mourning; it is a golden chapter of sacrifice, forgiveness, love, and human redemption.
◽ The miracles of Jesus Christ remind us that nothing is impossible with God and His love is eternal.
◽ Just as he gave sight to the blind, fed the hungry, and calmed the storms during his lifetime, similarly, by sacrificing his holy life on the cross on Good Friday, he saved the entire human race from spiritual darkness.
◽ The miraculous and holy message of Good Friday instructs us to give up our ego and be humble, to forgive our enemies, and to build a beautiful world based on God's love.
